About the role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, this position is fully based on-site at the client's head office in Dublin. This role will play a key function in sourcing, attracting and securing top talent across several disciplines including but not limited to: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Commercial departments to support major projects in Ireland and across Europe.
Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager
What the role involves
- Collaborate with hiring teams to identify resourcing plans.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, industry networks, job boards and referrals.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to set clear expectations regarding process, timelines and offer details.
- Responsible for managing recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the selection process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment; construction or engineering sector desired.
- Experience in managing recruitment PSLs and vendor relationships beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
