About the role

We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects in 7 different European countries, equating to over 430 MW of IT load in flight.

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a QA Manager to join our team.

Below is a list of typical duties but is not exclusive of all duties that are required to be carried out onsite.

What the role involves

  • Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality control
  • Ensuring that the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained on-site
  • Generate project specific quality plans as per requirements
  • Ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company policies
  • Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved
  • Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
  • Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.
  • Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover.
  • Ensure necessary guidance and input are provided to on site staff for improvement to attain project feasibility
  • Minimum of 5+ Years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects.
  • BS in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Experience utilizing Autodesk BIM360 Field software
  • Experienced in personnel management, staffing and scheduling
  • Process driven and focuses on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes
