Job details:
1) Schedule creation, schedule analysis and project planning
2) QA and QC process, daily reports and site logistics
3) Field safety management
4) Mockup, punch, final property walk and closeout
Prerequisites: a Senior Superintendent should have 10+ years in construction, a Project Superintendent 6+ years. Project experience on jobs worth more than $50 million. Must be capable of managing all phases of a multifamily project from start to completion. Concrete or wood frame experience may be required.
