Job details:
1) Due diligence, preconstruction and permit management
2) Buyout, contracting and procurement
3) Project controls, financial forecasting and schedule maintenance
4) Project reporting and closeout
Prerequisites: 5+ years in construction. Project experience on jobs worth more than $30 million. A degree in construction management, civil engineering or architecture is preferred, though relevant industry experience is the determining factor. Concrete or wood frame experience may be required.
