About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a large-scale data centre project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of all electrical systems, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with other disciplines, and driving progress from procurement through to commissioning and handover.

What the role involves

  • Lead productivity by implementing effective weekly and daily work plans.
  • Supervise and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Uphold the highest Quality and Safety standards through diligent implementation and monitoring of procedures.
  • Track labour, manage resource allocation, and maintain accurate productivity records.
  • Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and support project teams, supervisors, and foremen to drive performance and accountability.
  • Collaborate with foremen to ensure materials, equipment, and information are in place for safe, efficient work execution.
  • Coordinate activities with other subcontractors to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient site operations.
  • Review and approve project documentation and foremen reports, ensuring timely closeout of all issues.
