CSA Package Manager

About the role

We are now seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager (Architecture) to join our team on a major Data Centre project, near Helsinki, Finland. Reporting to the Architectural Lead, this role will be responsible for the management and delivery of CSA Architectural packages — including internal architectural finishes, raised floors, partitions, doors, ceilings, clean rooms, and specialist fitout elements — ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of allocated CSA Architectural packages from procurement through to handover
• Manage package scope, programme, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure work is executed safely and in line with project requirements
• Track and manage package-specific milestones to ensure alignment with overall project programme
• Review and manage subcontractor scopes, tender returns, and package pricing
• Attend and contribute to project coordination and client meetings as required
• Monitor and report on package progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures
• Support procurement activities, including management of long-lead materials and specialist fitout equipment
• Work closely with engineering, design, MEP, and commissioning teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural works
• Track and ensure timely delivery and installation of materials, fixtures, and finishes
• Oversee quality assurance and control for all architectural elements, ensuring compliance with the client's and the end client's standards
• Review and validate subcontractor applications for payment in conjunction with the commercial team
• Support project handover and close-out activities, ensuring completion of all package-related documentation

What the role involves

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 5+ experience in a main contracting environment
• Proven experience managing architectural/fitout packages on large-scale construction projects, ideally within Data Centres or high-tech sectors
• Strong technical understanding of architectural finishes, fitouts, and high-spec internal works
• Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong understanding of project sequencing, package interfaces, and programme delivery
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant project management tools
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams
• Commercial awareness with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
