Reports to: EVP of Construction and Executive Management
Direct reports: Accounting, Accounts Payable and Project Accounting staff

Prerequisites:
1) Minimum 3 years hands on with Yardi, Textura and Procore in a construction accounting environment
2) Fluency in Yardi and Textura is required, including user administration, vendor and contract maintenance, draw documentation and training others
3) Minimum 3 years applying California lien law requirements, including preliminary notices, conditional and unconditional waivers and sub tier lien release tracking
4) Experience preparing lender draws, AIA G702 and G703 documents, job cost reports, budget adjustments and change order logs
5) Prior employment with a general contractor, construction manager, developer builder or construction accounting organisation
6) Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or construction management preferred, equivalent construction accounting experience considered
