Book a call with ColmColm is a chartered quantity surveyor (MRICS) with formal legal training: an LLB, the Solicitors LPC, and an MSc in Property & Construction Law. He can both quantify a claim and argue the contract it turns on.
Over 35 years he has delivered cost management, procurement, project controls and dispute advisory on capital projects from $5M to $2B+. The work covers construction, civils, aviation, rail, nuclear and M&E, in the UK, Ireland, Europe, the Middle East and the USA. He has prepared expert quantum reports for adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings, and given oral evidence to tribunal panels.
That experience is used two ways here. Where a client needs the capability rather than the headcount, we deliver cost management, project controls and contract advisory directly. Where it is a search, Colm assesses the candidate himself.
Colm is based in London. Most of his career has been spent on site and in hearings rather than behind a desk.
